Shipping:
We usually ship via US Postal Service. You can chose your speed of delivery when you check out. Insurance is an extra fee. We are not responsible for the merchandise once it leaves our possestion. You can purchase insurance under the "Insurance" link in the sidebar.

Shipping charges are based on weight. This is not a fool-proof system as it doesn`t take into account the packaging needed for more delicate items. (Meaning we usually undercharge for shipping.) But this seems to be the fairest way to calculate the shipping fees. Personally, I hate when I want to buy a $5 item and the minimum shipping charge is a flat $9.95 or something! In the rare event that you somehow pay a dollar or more over the actual shipping cost, you will be refunded the difference.
NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
You will be contacted with an actual shipping quote after you check out. You will be billed separately for any difference.

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If an item is defective or damaged we will do our best to replace it. Unused items can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus any shipping fees.
